Magnitude 5.1 quake hits Cagayan town
TUGUEGARAO CITY—A magnitude 5.1 earthquake rattled Dalupiri island in Calayan, Cagayan Wednesday afternoon, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). Phivolcs said the earthquake, which was recorded at 2:19 p.m., was tectonic in origin and had a depth of nine kilometers. It was felt at intensity IV in Calayan and intensity II
