Magnitude 6.4 quake hits Ilocos region
MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 6.4 tectonic earthquake rocked several areas in Ilocos region on Tuesday evening, the state seismologists reported. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the earthqake struck at 7:03 p.m. and its epicenter was located west of Dalupiri Island in Cagayan.
