Marcos declares 5 holidays in October


MANILA, Philippines — President Marcos issued at the weekend several proclamations declaring special nonworking holidays in five localities for October. In Proclamation No. 693, he declared Oct. 4 a special nonworking day in Infanta, Pangasinan, to mark its 148th anniversary.
