Marcos declares special non-working days in five localities
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has issued proclamations that declare special non-working days in five localities nationwide, according to the Presidential Communications Office (PCO). The holiday declarations — all within October — were signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, based on a statement issued by the PCO on Sunday. READ: Aug. 30 declared
