Marcos presents People’s Survival Fund for projects vs climate change
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday presented to local leaders the People’s Survival Fund (PSF) Resolutions, which allotted over P541 million for climate change mitigation projects among selected areas.
