Marcos report on ‘bloodless’ antidrug drive disputed


MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. engaged in “plain and simple propaganda” when he reported in his third State of the Nation Address (Sona) that his administration had been waging a “bloodless” campaign against illegal drugs. This was according to the authors of a recent research project based at the University of the Philippines
