MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. signed into law the Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) Framework Act to address jobs and skills mismatch, strengthen career development, and promote quality employment in the country. Marcos believes that the new law, which will also be known as Republic Act No. 12063, will result in improved employment
