MMDA: Number coding suspended on Oct. 30, Nov. 1-2


MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday announced that the number coding scheme will be suspended  October 30 (barangay / SK elections) and November 1 to 2 (All Saints and All Souls’ Day / Undas). “Suspendido ‘yung number coding sa October 30 o sa araw ng halalan, November 1 at ganoon din po sa November 2,” said MMDA acting chairman Don Artes in an interview on PTV. (The number coding scheme is suspended on October 30 or election day, and on November 1 and 2.)
