More than 82 million Filipinos have registered for PhilSys IDs, says PSA
MANILA, Philippines — Over 82 million Filipinos have registered for Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) or PhilSys ID in 2023, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said. The cards are also called PhilIDs. Specifically, 82,812,899 Filipinos are PhilSys-registered as of December 18. This number is 90 percent of the agency’s 92 million target registration for PhilIDs
