Navotas police chief, 21 other cops reassigned


MANILA, Philippines — The chief of the Navotas police station and 21 other police members have been reassigned following the death of 17-year-old Jerhode Jhemboy Baltazar. In a memorandum of the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday, Police Colonel Allan Umipig and 21 others have been reassigned to the regional holding and accounting section (RPHAS)
