NBI, PNP Cybercrime findings on video: ‘Definitely not the President’
MANILA, Philippines — “Definitely not the President,” Justice Undersecretary Jesse Hermogenes Andres said Tuesday, referring to the man from the so-called “polvoron video.” The video was purportedly that of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. allegedly using illegal drugs. It was played during a Maisug rally abroad in time for the President’s State of the Nation Address (Sona).
