Neda okays 4 high-impact projects


The National Economic Development Authority (Neda) board, chaired by President Marcos, held its last meeting for the year on Thursday and approved four more high-impact projects and policies. Socioeconomic Planning Sec. Arsenio Balisacan, concurrent Neda director-general, said the board confirmed the construction of the 23-kilometer Dalton Pass bypass road at a cost of P67.4 billion.
