MANILA, Philippines — Several government agencies will be paying tribute to the late Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Secretary Susan “Toots” Ople. The DMW, along with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration and the Department of Labor and Employment, will hold a joint “night of tributes” and necrological service for Ople at the Heritage Memorial Park
