OLONGAPO CITY — Residents in this city were cautioned once more against the impact of rising temperatures as the heat index in the city was forecast to reach near the “danger level.” The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the city was expected to experience a maximum heat index of 41 degrees
