Ong asks SC to determine if grave abuse committed during Pogo probe
MANILA, Philippines — The camp of Cassandra Li Ong has asked the Supreme Court to determine if lawmakers committed grave abuse of discretion during their probe into her alleged involvement in the illegal activities of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (Pogos). Her lawyers Ferdinand Topacio and Raphael Andrada on Wednesday filed a petition for certiorari and prohibition
