Over 3,000 cops deployed in Mindanao to assist residents affected by floods
MANILA, Philippines — Over 3,000 police personnel were deployed in flood-affected parts of Mindanao due to the trough of a low-pressure area (LPA), according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).
