Over 4,600 stranded in ports across PH due to Super Typhoon Pepito


MANILA, Philippines — More than 4,600 individuals were stranded in various ports nationwide due to Super Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-yi), according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
