Pagasa: Cavite heat index may reach 47 degrees Celsius Thursday (April 25)
MANILA, Philippines — Sangley Point in Cavite is expected to hit the highest heat index on Thursday at 47 degrees Celsius (°C), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
