Pagasa issues thunderstorm warning in Luzon on Sunday afternoon
MANILA, Philippines — Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Pampanga, Bataan and Batangas on Sunday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In a thunderstorm advisory issued at 2:57 p.m., it said the unfavorable weather condition will be experienced “within the next 2 hours.”
