Pagasa monitoring LPA, tropical storm
A tropical storm and a low pressure area (LPA) near the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) are being monitored, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.
