Pagasa monitors cloud clusters outside of PAR
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday that it is monitoring cloud clusters outside of the Philippine area of responsibility. According to state weather specialist Obet Badrina, these cloud clusters still have a low chance of developing into a typhoon, but the agency will still monitor them
