Pagasa: Northeast monsoon, shear line, easterlies affecting PH weather
MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems will bring unfavorable weather conditions to most parts of the country on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Based on the state weather bureau’s morning bulletin, the northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, is forecast to bring overcast skies with light rains over northern Luzon.
