Pagasa: Rain in big part of Mindanao due to ITCZ
MANILA, Philippines — A large portion of Mindanao will see rain on Monday due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In a morning bulletin, weather specialist Obet Badrina said the ITCZ will bring a greater chance of rain in the southern portion of the country
