Pagasa: Tropical Storm Jenny slightly slows down
MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Jenny (international name: Koinu) has decelerated, the state weather bureau said on Saturday afternoon. According to the 5:00 p.m. weather bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the center of the tropical storm was located 995 km east of Central Luzon.
