PCG: Over 200 people stranded in 11 Luzon ports due to Leon


MANILA, Philippines — Over 200 individuals were stranded in 11 Luzon ports due to the effects of Typhoon Leon (international name: Kong-rey) as of Tuesday afternoon, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). The agency reported it monitored 224 stranded passengers, truck drivers, and cargo helpers in Southern Tagalog and Bicol ports from 8 a.m.
