PhilHealth: 76% of P27 billion hospital claims settled
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) on Monday said that it has already settled 76 percent of its P27 billion debt to hospitals. PhilHealth president and CEO Emmanuel Ledesma Jr, in a statement, said the agency has disbursed a total of P20.651 billion in payment out of the P27 billion hospital claims.
