Phivolcs: Magnitude 5.6 earthquake hits Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur


MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 5.6 earthquake hit the waters off Hinatuan municipality in Surigao del Sur on Thursday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
