Pimentel quizzes COA for having its own confidential, intel funds

Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel on Monday questioned the confidential and intelligence funds of the Commission on Audit (COA) amounting to P10 million. “Do you have your own CIF (confidential and intelligence fund)?
