PNP-IAS recommends 59-day suspension for 20 cops in Jemboy Baltazar slay
MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is reviewing the recommendation to suspend the cops involved in the killing of 17-year-old Jemboy Baltazar in Navotas City. According to Philippine National Police (PNP) Public Information Office chief Col. Jean Fajardo on Friday, the NCRPO received the recommendation from its Internal Affairs Service (IAS).
