PNP reassigns 4 ranking police officers to new posts


MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines National Police (PNP) reshuffled and designated four ranking officials to new posts effective Tuesday, October 17. Based on the order signed by PNP chief Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr., Retirement and Benefits Administration Service (PRBS) director Brig. Gen. Niño Davod Rabaya will serve as the acting deputy director for controllership. Taking over Rabaya’s previous position is Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon, who was the Manila Police District (MPD) director. Col. Arnold Thomas Cabugao will be replacing Dizon as the MPD acting director. Meanwhile, Col. Danilo Bacas is designated as the acting deputy regional director for administration of Police Regional Office 10.
