Police nab 4 men attempting to kidnap Chinese in Pasay
MANILA, Philippines — Four men allegedly trying to kidnap a 35-year-old Chinese businesswoman were arrested in Pasay City on Monday morning, according to police. In a report, the Southern Police District (SPD) said Pasay police operatives responded to a commotion and apprehended the alleged kidnappers while patrolling along Roxas Boulevard, Barangay 6, around 7:30 a.m.
