PUP Sta. Mesa suspends enrollment on July 24 due to Carina
MANILA, Philippines — Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) announced on Tuesday that enrollment at its Sta. Mesa campus is suspended on Wednesday, July 24 “due to inclement weather caused by typhoon #Carina and the habagat.” In an advisory, PUP said that those who did not make it to the campus on Tuesday and Wednesday
