QCPD files criminals raps vs transport group Manibela execs
MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said on Saturday that it filed criminal cases against Samahang Manibela Mananakay at Nagkaisang Terminal ng Transportasyon (Manibela) Chairperson Mario Valbuena and Manibela Bulacan/San Fernando, Pampanga president. According to the QCPD, the cases were in connection with the transport strike done by Manibela from June 10
