Rep. Castro urges victims of rights abuses under Rodrigo Duterte to file cases, too

MANILA, Philippines — ACT Teachers party-list Rep. France Castro urges individuals who may have allegedly suffered from rights abuses during the term of Rodrigo Duterte to follow suit and file cases against the former president.
