School opening suspended in some parts of Calabarzon
LUCENA CITY — Some schools in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) have suspended the opening of classes on Monday, July 29, after the onslaught of Typhoon Carina (international name: Gaemi) and the enhanced southwest monsoon.
