Signal No.2 up in three areas in N. Luzon due to Typhoon Goring
MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 was raised on Monday in three areas in Northern Luzon due to Typhoon Goring (international name: Saola) — Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and the extreme northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan, which consists of Santa Ana and Gonzaga. Goring was last spotted 240 km east of Tuguegarao City
