Stamping vehicle owner’s OR/CR eyed to extend validity of driver’s license
MANILA, Philippines – Land Transportation Office (LTO) will study the option of putting stamps on the Official Receipt or Certificate of Registration (OR/CR) of vehicle owners, in lieu of driver’s licenses in plastic cards. This is to indicate that the license of the vehicle owner has been extended. This recourse is being considered by LTO
