MANILA, Philippines – Supreme Court Associate Justice Ricardo Rosario has terminated dismissed cop Wilfredo Gonzales after learning about the road rage. Gonzales was previously connected with the office of Rosario as a co-terminus employee. The Justice is retiring in October 2028.
