Tata Motors targets to grow CNG share to 14% in FY24, looks to equalise it with EVs


Tata Motors, which has a target to achieve carbon neutrality for the passenger vehicle segment by 2040, aims for about 25% CNG share in its portfolio by 2030. The company entered the CNG space with Tiago and Tigor in January 2022 and introduced the Altroz CNG this year. It is now gearing up to launch the Punch CNG soon. With this, the company is aiming to achieve 14% share of CNG in its overall portfolio by the end of the ongoing fiscal.
