Transport strike cripples parts of Pampanga
MABALACAT CITY—Hundreds of workers and students were stranded after public utility transport groups stopped plying their routes here and some parts of nearby Angeles City on Tuesday. The strike caught the local governments off guard and failed to make timely decisions on whether to suspend the classes and to prepare alternative transport for stranded commuters.
