Volvo cars gears up to unveil India-assembled luxury EV


Luxury automaker, Volvo Cars, has revealed plans to introduce an all-electric vehicle, C40, later this year with bookings starting in August, followed by deliveries in September. The company expects that more than 50% of its portfolio will be electric within the next two years. The EV market remains small, although it's growing at pace, says Volvo Cars, with new customers coming on board, accelerating the transition to electric mobility.
