The House of Representatives opened its third and final regular session on Monday ahead of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s State of the Nation Address (Sona). The House’s session started at 10:00 a.m. and adjourned after it sent and received invitations for a joint session during Marcos’ third Sona.
