Woman nabbed for vote-buying in Navotas
MANILA, Philippines — Authorities arrested a woman who was caught distributing envelopes containing P300 to residents and voters in a warehouse in Barangay San Jose, Navotas City. The woman, identified as Maribel Policarpio, as well as the voters were found to be from Malabon City. In a report, Policarpio organized a meeting in a sardine building
